Take on the role of an AI developer for a day on April 3, 2025.

This offer can be taken up by 5 girls aged 13 to 17 as part of Girls' Day 2025. This is the 3rd time we are participating in Girls' Day as a company.

In each of the past two years, we have given 5 girls the opportunity to spend a day getting a first-hand impression of our work as AI developers, programmers and computer linguists.

Being a role model is a high priority for us and our CEO Carolin Edler-Mende. First and foremost, we want to lead by example and show that IT and software development have nothing to do with being a boy or a girl. Over the years, we have consistently had more women than men in our company, especially in development, and this continues even though the company is growing steadily.

The question comes up again and again: Actually, that is nothing special anymore, is it? But that's not the case. Unfortunately, women are still underrepresented in the tech industry and this is reflected above all in the management boards and leadership ranks of companies and corporations. That is why it is still important to us that we, as a woman-run AI company, take part in events like Girls' Day.
