CCW 2025 | Finally real AI

As in previous years, CCW in Berlin has once again proven to be 'the place to be' when it comes to customer service automation. The three days of the trade fair showed what a huge development jump has been made in the field of AI.

For three days, we presented our new AI solutions as an exhibitor and made contact with various companies. The CCW always offers a great opportunity to talk to companies, experts and decision-makers about AI and innovations in the market and to discuss how companies can take their customer service strategies to the next level.

AI naturally plays a crucial role here. That's why the presentation by our CSO Cornelius Pfohl was a particular highlight for us. We are thrilled with the positive feedback and the great enthusiasm for the subject. Under the topic: “Step by Step Guide to AI-Agent Implementation”, he demonstrated in a practical way how companies can successfully integrate AI agents into their service processes with first-class technology and expert support. The exciting discussions that followed at our stand showed that there is still a need for a lot more modernization and that many companies need exactly what we presented in the talk: Support and expert advice for the gradual, optimal strategical planning of AI introduction. After all, automation is no longer just an option - it is the key to sustainable and scalable customer service.

A big thank you to everyone who visited us, exchanged ideas and talked to us about the future of customer service. We were very pleased to see both familiar and many new faces.
